The Beginning Of The First Project!

For our first project, we were introduced to the concept of point, line, void and plane. We learned about different types of planes such as overhead plane, wall plane and base plane, all of which I had never heard of before this and I found that really interesting. Then, we were tasked to find 3 examples of each plane and describe the ambience and material of each one.

We were then taught what a void was, which is the main focus of our first project: to make a structure with connecting planes that make a void. But before that, we had to get our basics right, so our next task was to label we chose that contained at least one void and label each part according to the correct terminology.

From this exercise, I have gained a better understanding about planes and voids and I hope that I will be able to put this knowledge into good use in the future.
