The Artwork Dilemma

For this project we were first tasked to find two paintings that speak to us. This was relatively hard since there are a lot of paintings I like, however I decided pick two: Automat by Edward Hopper (on the left) and Wanderer Above The Sea Of Fog (on the right).
We were then told we could only choose one, which I was quite saddened by. Both paintings mean a lot to me so I spent a day or so trying to figure out which one should i pick. After careful consideration I chose Automat, since the colours the artist used are a lot more interesting and I could relate to the meaning behind it a lot more.
